What these terms are
They are the agreement between you and us for using Abra. The organisation accepts them when it opens its space in Abra, and each person on its team when they sign in to the panel with their account.
If you have only received a message from a mission — an invitation, a notice, a link to take charge of a request —, you have accepted nothing with us by receiving it. What binds you is whatever you agree with the organisation writing to you.
Who provides the service
Germán Ezequiel Laso Andino, libero professionista, trading as ProfBlu. Partita IVA 04702090988, codice fiscale LSNGMN88S04Z600M, not registered in the Registro delle Imprese. Contact address Via della Sega 1, 38080 Verdesina, Porte di Rendena (TN), Italia. Email: soporte@profblu.com.
What Abra is, and what it is not
Abra is a tool for organising aid missions: recording what is needed, who commits to contributing it, what was delivered and who checked it.
Abra is not an aid organisation, nor a donations platform, nor a payment intermediary:
- it does not choose who is helped, nor does it check anyone's situation on its own account;
- it does not receive, hold or move money;
- it delivers nothing: the one who delivers is the person who made the commitment, and the one who checks that it was delivered is the organisation.
How access is obtained
There is no open sign-up. An organisation obtains its space in Abra by agreement with us, and each person on its team comes in by invitation from that organisation, with a ProfBlu account.
What is the organisation's part
The organisation that opens a mission is the one that runs it. It undertakes to:
- use Abra for lawful aid missions, with no intention of deceiving those who contribute or those who receive;
- enter only the data it needs, have a legal basis for each piece of it and inform people of what it keeps about them, in accordance with the data processing agreement;
- not keep data about minors without the signed consent of whoever answers for them, and record that signature in Abra with the name, the capacity and the relationship of the person signing;
- not write by WhatsApp to anyone who has not given their permission for that number;
- look after its team's access: give each person the role that corresponds to them, take it away when they stop collaborating and not share passwords. What someone does signing in with one of the organisation's credentials is the organisation's doing.
What is your part if you take part in a mission
If an organisation invites you and you accept, you commit yourself to it, not to us. By using the panel you undertake:
- not to commit to contributing something you are not going to contribute, and to give notice as soon as possible if you will not be able to: Abra has a button to withdraw and propose another person;
- not to upload as proof of a delivery a photo or a document that is not one, nor an image of a person who has not given their permission;
- not to try to see data from other missions or organisations, nor to bypass permission controls;
- not to use the contact details you see in Abra for anything other than the mission.

Price
What Abra costs an organisation is agreed with it. Abra charges nothing to those who take part in a mission — those who contribute, those who receive, those who coordinate.
Availability and changes to the service
We strive for Abra to be available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: it is updated often, there may be maintenance and it may fail. We may change, improve or withdraw features.
Addresses containing demo are a demonstration environment and may be emptied without notice.
Warranties and liability
Abra is provided "as is", with the care we put into it and without warranty that it is free of errors. We are not liable for what an organisation promises or fails to fulfil in its mission, nor for what a person commits to contributing and does not contribute. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages we did not cause by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, none of this curtails the rights your country's law grants you that cannot be excluded.
Suspension and closure
An organisation may stop using Abra whenever it wishes. We may suspend or close an access if these terms are breached or if the use puts the service or other people — and in particular minors — at risk; except in an emergency, we will give notice first. What happens to the data at the end is stated in the data processing agreement.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will give notice with enough time to read them. The date of the latest revision is at the top of this page.
Governing law and complaints
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to go to the courts of your domicile. Before it comes to that, write to us.
